Bravo to the France team football.
Everyone came down hard on the football team of France went on strike for a drive in South Africa.
I do not think so.
Players Team France, uninformed, and therefore not involved in the decision have seen an expelled member of their team. The exclusion decision undoubtedly was imposed from outside. The reaction of the players has been that of a solidarity group. I find it remarkable and shows that there were at that time a great cohesion among group members. View
prof., Lawyers, doctors, journalists and all corporations. It is sufficient that one of its members is attacked for the entire corporation makes front and stick together. It is probably this attitude which generates the majority of strikes that are known in the country!
So why blame our players.
To avoid the cat, it was enough so the part of the FFF from a minimum of expertise in human resources management ... a small meeting with all the players to explain the decision before making it public would have been enough to defuse the matter.
And if the FFF has so mismanaged, it may be that the exclusion application is external to the group. We know that media pressure to exclude the player group was strong, but the decision looks terribly an order from above (very even high)!
Why this simple idea has been relayed in any media?
Why my posts are moderated (deleted) when I express this idea?
